Unions are bracing for the release of new data confirming record-low wages growth, urging Malcolm Turnbull to sit down with business and the labour movement to map out a strategy to generate economic growth.
The Australian Bureau of Statistics on Wednesday will release the latest wage price index data, after the March quarter showed wages growth hit a new 18-year low.
