Fortescue Future Industries director and former Reserve Bank deputy governor Guy Debelle has joined one of Australia’s biggest industry super funds as an adviser in a bid to drive investments in the energy transition.
Dr Debelle is one of three appointments to the $240 billion Australian Retirement Trust’s senior ranks, with industry super stalwart Mark Burgess and Opera Queensland chairwoman Linda Apelt joining its board as directors. Dr Debelle will be an adviser to the investment committee.
