‘Party’s over’ as Australia hits vaccine ceiling

Australia has hit a vaccine ceiling and the government hasn’t worked out how to break through it to get more people to have their COVID-19 boosters before winter arrives.

“It’s almost as if the party’s over and people have gone home,” said Professor Julie Leask, a leading public behavioural health expert from the University of Sydney, and an adviser to the World Health Organisation on improving vaccination uptake.
