We know women are seriously underrepresented in Australia’s career hub of the future – science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) – with lower numbers in management roles, higher unemployment rates and lower incomes than men.
We often discuss the consequences this has on the output and productivity of organisations, as a lack of gender diversity in a talent pool limits innovation.
