How your fist can save a life following a shark attack

Australian researchers have devised a simple first-aid technique to help avoid fatalities from shark attacks to the legs, and say wetsuits could be specially marked to show where the technique should be applied.

They say it is twice as effective at stopping blood loss compared to using the surfboard’s leg rope to make a tourniquet.
