Hatred of Trump is a roadblock to reopening
International experts agree harsh lockdowns are harmful and unnecessary. But because Donald Trump supports this view, politics is preventing the science becoming policy in the US.

Science being science, it is unlikely we will ever see a perfect consensus on the best way to manage COVID-19 until a vaccine becomes available.
