Donald Trump is at a rally in Pennsylvania assuring voters their energy costs will come “way, way down” under him as he answers questions from a rapt if noisy audience.

“I saw the light, I no longer identify with the Democrat party,” one woman says into the microphone. “They have put criminals and foreign enemies ahead of this country. The border is the issue of this election.”
