Demonstrating political euphoria US style, Kamala Harris declared Joe Biden’s legacy of achievements over the past three years to be “unmatched in modern history”.
“In his first term, he has already surpassed the legacy of many presidents who’ve served two terms,” she said standing on the White House lawn.
