‘Evil at work’: Jewish leader’s former home targeted in Sydney attack
Australia’s Jewish community warns it is under siege from “domestic terrorism” after one high-profile Jewish leader’s former house in Sydney’s eastern suburbs was daubed with red paint a day after Israeli and Hamas leaders reached a ceasefire agreement.
The house in Dover Heights, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, used to be the home of Executive Council of Australian Jewry co-chief executive Alex Ryvchin. A car in the street was also sprayed with antisemitic slurs early on Friday morning.
