Bishop stands by criticisms of Beijing

Beijing | Foreign Minister Julie Bishop has maintained her opposition to China establishing a strict defence zone in the East China Sea, despite savage criticism from her Chinese counterpart.
Ms Bishop said that “there was always going to be sensitivities" in the relationship and “friends should speak their mind" as she neared the end of her short visit to Beijing.
