Australia drawn into China-US fight over South China Sea
Australia is being forced to take sides in the escalating tensions in the South China Sea, write Lisa Murray and John Kerin.

The sand dredgers have been busy at Fiery Cross Reef.
Almost 1400 kilometres south of China, the coral reef was just a shadow hovering beneath turquoise waters until August last year, surrounded by tuna, mackerel and sea turtles.
