Jeff Kennett warns on bushfire donation chaos

Former Victorian premier Jeff Kennett has warned that the $500 million in bushfire donations risks becoming a shambles unless governments step in to scrutinise the charity spending.
Mr Kennett is heading an advisory panel with David Gonski, Quentin Bryce and others to oversee a trust set up by the Business Council of Australia to raise $25 million to support children of volunteers killed in the fires.
