NSW warns of compulsory QR codes to stem virus spike

NSW is considering compulsory QR codes for cafes and other businesses to track customers after it recorded 12 cases on Thursday, including eight local cases, amid warnings the state has become "complacent and apathetic".

The crackdown comes as the ACT announced it would relax its four-square-metre rule after its 89th day of no new recorded cases.
