Australia’s central business districts – the once densely peopled hubs of commerce and government, shopping, tourism, entertainment, education and accommodation at the heart of our capital cities – are recovering from the emptying shock of the pandemic.

But a full recovery is only possible with more government assistance, more workers returning to the offices and more tourists and students from overseas.
