Drillsearch seeks Wilson’s help

Drillsearch, which had its friendly takeover offer for fellow Cooper Basin producer Innamincka Petroleum surprisingly scuttled by major Singaporean shareholder Republic Investment Management late last year, is believed to have turned to Wilson HTM to help with a capital raising. Its takeover for Innamincka was originally supposed to deliver about $10 million in cash, leaving a hole in its balance sheet.
