Scott Morrison puts lower power prices ahead of National Energy Guarantee

Scott Morrison has declined to commit to keep the National Energy Guarantee, the policy which sparked this week's leadership coup, but said lower power prices remained a priority.
And he signalled he would forge ahead with this week's announcement to make small busiess an election issue by fast-tracking the already legislated tax cuts for small and medium enterprises with turnovers capped at $50 million.
