ICAC corruption findings will be 'validated', says Mike Baird
All past corruption findings by the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption will be ""validated" by new legislation and Premier Mike Baird will look at restoring the powers ICAC lost after a controversial High Court decision last month.
Mr Baird on Tuesday announced a "strong" response to the High Court's decision last month in the case of Margaret Cunneen, which drastically narrowed the ICAC's powers and cast into doubt two decades of ICAC investigations into corruption.
