ICAC predicts 'costly, protracted' court cases after Margaret Cunneen ruling

The Independent Commission Against Corruption has recommended retrospective legislation to address difficulties created by the High Court's decision last Wednesday that redefined corruption, warning the NSW government faces huge costs from litigation challenges by former subjects of investigations.
ICAC warned the government was facing "costly and protracted litigation".
