Updater shareholder James Baillieu says he is being blamed for a botched capital raising process, after the private tech company told investors its anticipated $1.1 billion deal may be hurt by Mr Baillieu's threats of legal action.
Mr Baillieu is due to speak to Updater chief executive David Greenberg on Thursday morning after exchanging a series of emails this month.
