Twitter gadfly Alan Davison repeatedly conceded in court on Friday that he deliberately hid communications he was legally required to produce, presented falsified affidavits, and lied to his own lawyers.
After Justice Michael Lee ordered his appearance in the witness box late on Tuesday, Mr Davison said he ignored discovery orders to produce documents to protect the identity of a stockbroker source, Stephen Dobson, and communications with journalist Jonathan Shapiro from The Australian Financial Review.
