Dan Ives, one of the most optimistic Wall Street analysts covering Tesla and Elon Musk, said the electric vehicle maker is in the midst of what he calls a “brand tornado crisis” and that the chief executive needs to act fast to avert a potential “black swan event”.
In a note, the Wedbush Securities analyst said: “Let’s call it like it is: Tesla is going through a crisis and there is one person who can fix it … Musk.”
