Lawyers for millionaire mining entrepreneur Tolga Kumova likely now know the identity of an informant Mr Kumova claims aided defamatory claims of insider trading made against him by self-styled sharemarket enforcer Alan Davison.

The secret identity of the informant tipping off Mr Davison over New Century Resources’ plans to raise capital and bid for the Goro Nickel Mine in New Caledonia will be revealed to the public when the case comes to trial potentially later this year.
