Former CEO of Murray Goulburn Ari Mervis has joined McPherson’s Limited as an independent, non-executive director, effective immediately.

McPherson’s has sought to appoint an additional non-executive director with skills and experience to ensure that the board composition continues to support the company’s focused strategy to be a leader in Health, Wellness and Beauty, as well as complement the existing experience base of the Board.

Mr Mervis is formerly executive chairman of Accolade Wines and ex-CEO of Murray Goulburn.

Prior to that he spent 27 years at global brewer SABMiller where his career culminated as CEO of Carlton & United Breweries and MD Asia Pacific - a member of the global leadership team.
