The corporate regulator is taking the first step to make it easier to join the ASX and bolster a dwindling market for floats in a move that represents the most significant change to listings for almost a decade.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission will launch a two-year trial to expedite listing timelines, in what is expected to be the first of a raft of measures to streamline initial public offerings.
