Skilled Group tagged a $53.4 million capital raising on to its results on Wednesday, while Melbourne broker Intersuisse had a busy day underwriting deals for IronClad Mining and Diatreme Resources.

■ Skilled Group announced a $53.4 million equity raising to reduce the group’s debt and debt servicing costs.
