Investment in renewables would grind to a halt on the election of a Coalition government, once more plunging the energy transformation into costly uncertainty, Climate Change and Energy Minister Chris Bowen says.
In a speech to the National Press Club on Wednesday, Mr Bowen will say investment will stop, even though Opposition Leader Peter Dutton does not envisage the first nuclear power station to be operational until 2035 or 2037.
