‘Breakthrough moment’: Littleproud backs rooftop solar
A future Coalition government would repurpose potentially tens of billions of dollars earmarked by Labor for expanding industrial-scale renewables and transmission into a supercharged household solar and battery scheme under a plan being mulled by David Littleproud.
The Nationals leader said he and his team are starting to look at alternative policies that would stop large wind and solar farms from “tearing up the environment” by diverting public money away from global investors and into suburbs and towns.
