Three weeks after suing Qantas, six weeks after blocking ANZ Banking Group’s acquisition of Suncorp’s bank and three months after spoiling Telstra and TPG Telecom’s network sharing deal, ACCC chairwoman Gina Cass-Gottlieb has picked a proper fight with country’s biggest infrastructure owner, motorways giant Transurban Group.
