This global exec thinks travel woes won’t be solved by Christmas
The chief executive of Swissport – one of the world’s largest providers of baggage handling and other aviation services to the likes of Qantas and Virgin Australia – has warned passengers to still expect disruptions during their end-of-year travel as demand outruns capacity.
Warwick Brady, the South African-born, Australian-educated boss of the aviation services giant, told The Australian Financial Review that a full return to pre-pandemic levels of reliability was unlikely until mid-2023.
