PM picks experienced cabinet to stake out power for the long haul

Anthony Albanese has staked a claim for at least two terms in power, as he unveiled the most experienced ministerial line-up for a new Labor government, and warned his MPs not to squander the privilege handed to them by voters.
As Labor secured majority government by claiming 77 out of 151 seats, the Prime Minister released a frontbench lineup that was similar to his shadow ministry of the past three years.
