Goldman Sachs scraps free lunch aimed at getting staff back to office

The days of free lunch are over at Goldman Sachs.
The investment bank said it would be transitioning back to “paid-for-meal” service for breakfast and lunch on April 25, scrapping a pandemic perk. Goldman also said it was boosting the stipend for meals “out of hours” to $US30 ($40.30) from $US25, according to a memo obtained by Bloomberg.
