Canberra will exit COVID-19 lockdown from October 15 under a staged reopening plan announced on Monday by ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr, based on nation-leading vaccination rates.
Mr Barr said interstate and overseas travel would probably be possible by the end of November or early December.
