Biden administration in turmoil as Americans killed in Kabul

Washington | President Joe Biden said he had ordered strikes on Islamic State assets and would deploy resources to find those culpable for suicide bombings that killed at least 85 people, including 13 US soldiers.
“With regard to finding and tracking down the ISIS leaders who ordered this ... we will find ways without large military operations to get them wherever they are,” Mr Biden said. “We will hunt you down, we will make you pay.”
