One million fewer Aussies a 'dark cloud' for property prices

Falling housing demand from historically low immigration and rising unemployment are heightening the risk of further falls in house prices, the Reserve Bank of Australia says.
The warning comes as this week's federal budget outlined the largest hit to population growth in more than a century, leading some economists to warn of dark clouds on the horizon for the residential housing market.
