TPG Telecom founder David Teoh has held on to two of his longest-serving executives in a management shake-up following the merger of TPG and Vodafone Hutchison Australia last month.

The post-merger management team will consist of senior executives from Vodafone and TPG and no external appointments, all reporting to chief executive Inaki Berroeta, formerly head of Vodafone. Mr Teoh will be non-executive chairman of the company.
