Nearly 50pc of Aussies turn upbeat on economic recovery

Australians are feeling increasingly confident that the economic effects of the coronavirus will last less than 12 months as state governments reopen borders and allow more business activities to resume.
People are also noticing that others are easing up on practicing physical distancing, according to the Melbourne Institute's Taking the Pulse of the Nation survey.
