Unlike the rest of the economy, business for Anni Brownjohn has been booming.

Her organic pasta sauce factory in northern NSW, supplying major supermarkets such as Woolworths, has had turnover more than double in three months as more people cook from home and panic buying had stock flying from the shelves.
