Kuala Lumpur | It was a husband and wife double act in Kuala Lumpur’s High Court this week.

Najib Razak, Malaysia's prime minister from 2009 to 2018, was on trial in Court Three for charges of criminal breach of trust, money laundering and abuse of power related to a former subsidiary of 1MDB, the Malaysian sovereign wealth fund that collapsed in debt and scandal on his watch.
