Jockeying begins after Bridget McKenzie resigns over sports rorts

Jockeying for positions inside the Nationals has begun on the back of the ousting of Bridget McKenzie and Barnaby Joyce has not ruled out a bid to re-enter cabinet.

Senator McKenzie resigned from cabinet and from her party leadership positions after a report from the secretary of Prime Minister and Cabinet Phil Gaetjens found she had breached the ministerial code of conduct.
