Washington | Donald Trump has resuscitated his administration's failed 2018 infrastructure push, but has not stipulated where money should be spent or whether Australian-style asset recycling partnerships can help leverage investment from the private sector.

The Trump administration's 2020 budget, sent to Congress on Monday (Tuesday AEDT), seeks $US200 billion ($283 billion) for new projects including 5G networks, rural broadband, advanced manufacturing and artificial intelligence.
