Such is our appetite, publisher Phaidon recently released its third edition of Where Chefs Eat, a guide polling 650 chefs across 70 countries on their favourite dining destinations. Altogether it includes some 4500 places "from humble holes-in-the-wall to the most luxurious restaurants".
