There’s another call from Tracy Westerman’s office as I wait at Azuma, the Japanese corporate power lunch spot that recently opened opposite the NSW Supreme Court.

The first call, a few minutes before we were due to meet at midday, was a polite heads-up that the Indigenous psychologist and activist was running late.
