David Fesq fell in love with rum while travelling in the Caribbean. “It was a magical time of my life,” says the Sydney wine merchant.

“When I was younger, before I started working in the wine business, my wife and I spent a year just kind of flopping around the world, going to bars and restaurants. We lived for a while in the Caribbean. That’s where I developed a passion for rum and an association with a beautiful lifestyle: this golden drink you could relax into at the end of a long day.”
