Kim Crowley calls it “the hour-and-a-half that changes your life”. The stylist and colour analyst was initially sceptical of assessing someone’s colour palette – or in 1980s parlance, “having your colours done” – but she now says it has become the cornerstone of her business.
“As a former fashion designer, I thought I knew colours,” she says. “I knew what a warm tone was, a cool tone, that sort of thing.”
