What is it? The Skoda Kodiaq RS is the hottest version of the largest Skoda SUV sold here, with a 2022 facelift bringing a petrol engine rather than a turbodiesel. As a mid-sized performance SUV with seven seats, it remains a rare beast.
What does it cost? $68,390, plus on-road costs and options. You shouldn’t need too many of the latter, though Moon White metallic paint (the only option fitted to our car) adds $770 and a hue known as Velvet Red is $1100.
