Mushroom Group founder Michael Gudinski is pushing to get more Australian music on prime time television, following the impresario's surprise success with Anzac Day's Music From The Home Front special.

Pulled together in nine days with the help of Mushroom stalwart Jimmy Barnes, the three-hour show featured performers from the famous, such as Crowded House and Delta Goodrem, to the emerging, including DMA's and G Flip.
