Astute art investors might get the deal of their careers this Saturday when big-name artists such as 2023 Archibald Prize winner Julia Gutman sell original paintings for just $100.
The opportunity is part of Sydney’s Incognito Art Show, and the catch is in the name: buyers won’t be sure whether their work is by a participating artist such as Reg Mombassa or Ken Done, or perhaps a high school student, until after they’ve purchased it and turned it over.
