Virgin Australia flights to Doha have been diverted to India and Oman after Iran struck US military bases in the Middle East overnight, closing airspace over the Gulf and shutting down all Qatar Airways flights.
A Virgin spokesman said two services to Doha had been diverted, with one from Sydney landing in Bengaluru and another in Muscat.
