Qantas sues former captain accused of spying for Virgin

The Federal Court has ordered a former Qantas pilot to hand back documents he allegedly stole after being poached by rival airline Virgin Australia.
Captain Luke Fogarty resigned from his position as a manager in Qantas’ Mascot headquarters in September to work for Virgin. Before leaving, he downloaded several thousand megabytes’ worth of documents to an iPhone and iPad.
