Qantas elevated an internal candidate to run its Loyalty business and replace outgoing executive Olivia Wirth, as the airline prioritises continuity over renewal.

Andrew Glance has been promoted after 22 years with Qantas in various roles, including the last eight as part of Ms Wirth’s executive management team. He was promoted from his current role overseeing commercial partnerships and the business rewards program.
